No musical knowledge is required. The sound journey is experienced in a comfortable sitting or lying position.
To ensure a personal and intense experience, the number of participants is limited. Participation only after registration.

The singing part can be lovingly tailored to your native language. Visits to your home or facility can also be arranged to meet your needs. Upon request, individual and group offers can be provided in German, Turkish, English, Hindi/Urdu and Bangla as well. Price by arrangement.

My Vision

After a fulfilling learning journey of over 16 years, which shaped me primarily in microtonal singing and Rudra Veena in (North) India, I am now eager to open my treasure chest. In addition to my work as a nurse, it is my heartfelt wish to share my many years of microtonal sound experience and my extensive knowledge and skills with people of all ages (see also Sound Journey for `Adults, Children, and the Unborn´).

My vision is to make these enriching moments accessible to all, regardless of their stage of life or musical background. To this end, I have designed various new approaches that open up access to wholistic sound experiences and sound-accompanied relaxation. Particularly, Sound Journeys accompanied by the mysterious Tanpura (a plucked instrument) are exceptional and unique in this form. They are suitable for people of all ages and also for people in different life circumstances or transitional phases. Based on my strong and deep conviction that musical sound experience begins in the womb, my range of offers also includes Sound Journeys for those Pregnant & the Unborn.

The idea behind it…

The `musical´ experience of sound begins, for me, in the womb. This is because the anatomical development of the ears and skin takes place in the first few weeks of pregnancy, enabling the unborn child to perceive sounds and vibrations as the pregnancy progresses. Back in India, I played the Tanpura for pregnant women and young mothers with children in my circle of acquaintances. After receiving very positive feedback, I developed the idea of also offering Sound Journeys for unborn babies in order to give them a very special musical experience – one that unfolds through and with the mother. Through the ATMA Praxis of Natalia Gottfried (midwife), I was able to offer several more introductory Sound Journeys with enthusiastic and affirming feedback.

The shared sound journey gently strengthens the bond between mother and child, creating a sense of calm and comfort also for the little (un)born one.

The Tanpura is an Indian lute that is rhythmically plucked, and due to the unique design of its bridge, it produces a rich, multidimensional sound spectrum. The accompaniment of the delicate sounds of the Tanpura gives my offerings a unique and distinctive character and can sensitize the musical ear. Through regular meditative merging with its multidimensional sound spectrum, the `inner ear´ can open up to the perception of the omnipresent sound of anahat Nāda.  

The accompaniment of the Tanpura gives my offerings a unique and distinctive character. Its enchanting vibrations are both my musical guide and the core sonic foundation woven into each of my offers. The natural harmonic series (pure intervals) unfolds from its mysterious ocean of overtone-rich vibrations – a silent awakening from the depths of sound.

Inspired by the creative improvisational mastery of my Gurus, I draw from the rich spectrum of improvisational techniques from Indian Raag Music to create individual designs for syllable singing. Each Sound Journey unfolds melodically and intuitively, tailored to the participants, the hour, and the spirit of the moment.
