In the salt room, salt awakens its elemental energy, shimmering as a fine, microcrystalline veil. While a fine breeze of salt surrounds you and deepens each breath, soft, crystalline sounds offer moments of regeneration. The crystalline salt supports gentle cleansing and remineralization of the body, while pure crystal sounds subtly open your senses and energy field.

With each breath, the salty haze settles upon you like a fine gossamer, soothing and tenderly unfolding deep calm and serenity. Salt and sound resonate through cellular fluids, the nervous system and subtle dimensions, permeating body, mind and soul, offering clarity, harmony and a sense of inner connection.

The loungers area is entirely covered in salt. To maintain its natural color and cleanliness, guests are invited to wear clean, white socks. If you don’t have socks with you, they can also be purchased at the reception (2,50€).
[The carpeted crawling area for babies invites to enjoy and explore in socks. Children’s and infant offers are available upon request.]
Throughout the entire salt room, the air contains a salt concentration of approximately 14–18%.

In the case of serious medical conditions, participants are advised to consult their treating physician prior to using the sound accompanied salt inhalation offer.
