Listening, sounding, feeling, dreaming – an invitation to calm for little souls.

For unborn babies and infants, my Sound Journeys – my uniquely crafted Tanpura Sound Journey – unfold delicate melodies of serenity and warmth, carried by whispering string vibrations and soft syllable singing. These sacred moments of sound not only cradle early development but also nurture the precious mother-child bond, where deep-rooted trust quietly blossoms.

For older children, I create interactive, Wholistic Relaxation sessions filled with sounds, rhythms, mindful movements, and imaginative journeys. These sessions are thoughtfully enriched with proven classical methods such as Autogenic Training and Progressive Muscle Relaxation, helping children develop effective tools for stress relief, body awareness, and emotional balance. Together, we playfully discover gentle paths to inner calm, awaken the senses, and let creativity blossom. Complementing this, I offer a Parent-Child Relaxation experience – a mindful time together that strengthens bonds, creates calm, and enriches your shared moments with soothing sound and relaxation.

For me, every encounter is a caring space in which children are invited to experience security, balance and well-being.

As a sound and relaxation pedagogue for children and Young people, I look forward to sharing a creative and inspiring experience with them. In this space, they can discover the power of sound and rhythm and learn to relax and reconnect with themselves.

Thanks to my exceptional experience and knowledge as a microtonal singer, unborn babies and children have the rare opportunity to immerse themselves in the mysterious world of microtones with me. They can discover the subtle nuances of sound and refine their hearing for fine differences.

Drawn to natural resonance and pure materials, I carefully selected these high-quality sound and rhythm instruments for the offerings for older children. In doing so, I have placed great emphasis on the use of natural materials such as wood, clay, crystal, animal skin, etc. The pure tuning and intervals of the natural harmonic series are also of particularly importance to me, and I have incorporated them wherever possible.

These offers are suitable as truly special gifts for pregnancy, birth, Mother’s Day, starting school, birthdays, etc..

To ensure a personal and intense experience, the number of participants is limited. Participation only after registration.

Sessions for different age groups in small groups are being planned. Further information and details can be discussed in person.

10-session cards for 45/60 & 90-minute small group offerings (valid for 3 years): €198. Not combinable with the frequent booker gift.

Frequent booker gift: After 9 offers of 45/60 minutes each, you will receive a free offer from the Sound Spectrum or Relaxation Spectrum session in small groups (45 min.) [90-minute sessions count as two; the Information Event is excluded]. Applicable in the Salt Room with a €12.50 surcharge. The voucher is transferable and valid for three years. Cash redemption is not possible. Not combinable with 10-session cards.

Upon request, sessions can be offered in familiar surroundings – for example at home, in a care facility, or at another suitable venue. Age-independent individual and group sessions can also be offered in German, English and Turkish.
