This guided meditation invites you to immerse yourself in mindful stillness and encounter your inner light. Crystal-clear sounds, tender voice, and sacred silence intertwine to carry you on this journey—soothing your soul, clearing your mind, and guiding you gently back to yourself.

The gentle vibrations of crystal sound rods and crystal singing bowl support you release what no longer serves you, recharge your energy, and reconnect with your inner peace.
This sound-guided meditation is designed to bring body, mind, and soul into harmony, strengthen your inner balance, and lead you back to the sacred source within.

In this guided meditation with sound, I will mindfully accompany you into a state of deep relaxation and inner expansiveness. Sound and light will carefully guide you back to yourself.

Through the Light Journey, you can sense your inner light, like a butterfly gently attracted to the light. Let yourself be inspired and touched by the light journey, gently immersing yourself in deep relaxation and restoring your strength.

As a relaxation therapist, sound educator for children, and experienced microtonal singer, I have carefully selected high-quality sound instruments to adapt them individually to each situation. My microtonal skills and many years of singing practice in the natural harmonic series were key factors in selecting instruments in pure tuning. This offer is accompanied by crystal sound instruments.

Open to all: no prior experience required, just your being in the here and now.
